Dr Agnes Magwete

Dr Agnes Magwete holds an MBCHB degree and  has qualified as a Chemical Pathologist in 2006, she holds an Mmed Chemical Pathology from MEDUNSA. She has completed management programs at Wits business school and Unisa. Her previous experience include working as Medical Officer in the departments of Paediatrics and Internal Medicine. She held leadership position at Chris Hani Baragwanath Tertiary Laboratory and also worked as a Consultant Chemical Pathologist at NHLS Charlotte Maxeke Tertiary Laboratory before joining  Ampath in 2019. She is currenctly working as a Consultant Pathologist in Gauteng North region and National Reference Laboratory. Her interest is in quality control, general chemistry and Endocrinology.
