Available lab results can be accessed immediately through your referring doctor. This is the preferred method, as your doctor can explain the purpose of the tests, interpret the results, and recommend any necessary treatment.

Your results will otherwise be made available to you 48 hours after the laboratory has completed the test and after obtaining authorisation from your doctor. If your doctor has not authorised the release of your results, they will be made available to you 9 days after the test was performed.

Certain test results may require you to be physically present to receive the interpretation of results from your doctor and to discuss the way forward. In these instances, the results will not be directly made available to you. We will advise you if this is applicable to any of your lab results.
