Dr Nokuthula Nhlapo

Dr Nhlapo completed her undergraduate medical training at the University of Pretoria in 2013. Upon qualifying, she completed her internship and community service in various Gauteng hospitals, after which she worked for almost two years as a medical officer in paediatrics. In 2023, she qualified as a chemical pathologist with an FC Chem Path and an MMed from the University of the Witwatersrand. She joined Ampath KZN in 2024 and is working as a consultant chemical pathologist. She enjoys all aspects of chemical pathology, with a special interest in inborn errors of metabolism and endocrinology.
