The PAX (Pet Allergy Xplorer) test is a multiplex IgE immunoassay that provides a comprehensive allergy profile for:

• Dogs
• Cats
• Horses

• 250–300 allergens tested in total
• Includes both:
  • Whole allergen extracts
  • Molecular allergen components

📦 How to Order a PAX Test

1. Collect a 2ml serum blood sample
2. Complete the Ampath Pet Allergy Request Form
3. Contact your nearest Ampath courier for sample collection
4. The lab will contact the pet owner directly for payment
5. Results are expected within 1 month after payment is received
